Returns and Servicing Policy and Process

Thank you for your purchase! All products sold through SGBroadcast / J&S Telecoms International are genuine, direct from the original manufacturer, and brand new, unless specifically mentioned as a 2nd party, demo unit, clearance sale, or other special cases.

Upon receiving your new product, please carefully inspect it and report any defects to us within the first seven (7) days from receipt of your order. If within the first 7 days, the product no longer functions or does not operate as expected, please contact us immediately for an assessment.

All products, except where indicated otherwise, come with a standard twelve (12) month limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship.

This warranty is extended to only the first recorded purchaser of this product - your invoice (with date of purchase) and serial number / identifying number are required for the warranty to be honored.

  • If you have bought this product secondhand, please contact us and provide us with all information you have of the seller as well as all other required information and we will advise you on a case by case basis as to the validity of the product's warranty. An assessment and diagnostic fee may be applicable for this service at our discretion.
  • If you have purchased from one of our verified resellers, the warranty will be extended to you as the first recorded purchaser only upon provision of your full contact information, serial number and your invoice / receipt from the reseller.
For any repairs / servicing requests, please contact us via email with a clear and detailed description of the issue, preferably with pictures or a short video, together with your serial number / invoice, and we will get back to you within 2 to 7 business days with advice on how to proceed.

Please keep your original packaging (incl. packing foam, cardboard and plastic bags if possible) to ensure a smooth returns and servicing process.
